We are aware of some clipping, crackling, and popping issues with the sound pack on the console at heavy airports with live traffic. We found the issue, and we are testing several drafts so we can find the right build. Once we find it, we’ll update as soon as possible. We have some candidate builds but we need more testing on console.

To block out all announcements and ambient sound on your pedestal, press the PA knob. This way, only the aircraft sound will be active.
It’s recommended to turn up your volume high enough that the cockpit avionic fans are loud enough to hear. This will balance interior and exterior sounds.
DISABLE ANY SOUND-RELATED ADD-ON. In your sound options, make sure to keep your aircraft sound options to 100.
Depending on your output sounds, switch between Listening Mode <Headphones> or <Hi-Fi>.
